Who we are and how to contact us
The Sunday Bakehouse is the data controller for personal information handled through this website. You can contact us at thesundaybakehouse1@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you submit an Enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, chosen reason and message. When checkout is available, we will also need the Order contact and fulfilment details required to process a paid Order. Stripe handles payment card details; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to Enquiries, process paid Orders, arrange Collection or Delivery, protect the service and meet legal and accounting duties. Google Analytics 4 is only enabled after the relevant consent has been given through Accept all or Manage preferences, and only for Product view, Basket add/remove, begin checkout and verified purchase events.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries are retained in the Bakery Admin queue and deleted 24 months after submission. Stripe processes payments and Resend sends agreed operational notifications. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data where applicable. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us using the email above to make a request.
