Reviewing a request
We will review requests for a refund, replacement or credit where an issue has occurred because of an error on our part, including an incorrect item, a missing item or an Order not fulfilled as agreed.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take several working days to show the funds.
